What do you like best about GoalSpan? GoalSpan makes it easy to walk through the review steps and sections with employees. If you've done reviews in spreadsheets or docs, this takes it to the next level. The system is fairly intuitive, although the goals/milestones section takes a bit of learning to understand and use in a valuable way.
