What do you like best? The best thing about it is that it works natively in Gmail without a ton of delay. It integrates nicely and lets me use my Gmail inbox the way I set it up. What do you like best? Scheduled send in the future deal with tomorrow's problems today. No need for a to do list Just do it. Gmelius What do you dislike? No zapier integration. Great potential, works better than anything else we've tried
What do you like best? The ability to assign emails to sales reps is the #1 reason why we use it. The notes section has been very useful as well. We use it a lot to communicate with our sales team. I also have notifications turned on for the mobile app so I can see as soon as someone reads an email or makes a note on an assigned email. What do you dislike? Excellent Tools for Communicating, Tracking
What do you like best? I like best how Gmelius interfaces with Gmail. I especially find the templates tool to be useful. I use it a lot for sending messages to the editorial board members, potential authors, and authors for the journal for which I am general editor. Prompt customer support!
What do you like best? Amazing customer support - their team is always prompt even for the free service. I have tried and used quite many similar tools but from all Gmelius has never disappointed so far. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike so far. We are happy with the current service level. Great Free Email Tracking Gmail Addon
What do you like best? Free email tracking functionality and the lightweight, mobile app (it's replaced the gmail app on my phone). Perfect for a freelancer/contractor and the pricing to upgrade isn't as daunting as some of its competitors. What do you dislike? Very good tool, very well supported
What do you like best? The most valuable features for me are reminder emails, and automatic follow ups in the paid version. What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike, but if I had to make an improvement, I'd improve the user dashboard/control panel. Though it's very full featured, and I'm not sure exactly how I'd improve it.
