Great start with room for improvement

What do you like best? The best feature of Gmelius is its simplified shared inbox management – a feature that Google has yet to implement (beyond Google Groups). What do you dislike? Gmelius is sometimes a little buggy. So far, we've had occasional problems with emails not sending. Furthermore, our team has unintentionally shared emails internally from time to time. What do you like best? I liked the templates. I also enjoyed knowing we could tag our email. It was useful to organize. What do you dislike? Personally, it was a bit confusing to get used to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems we were solving were organizing our flooded inbox. We realized that using a function like gmelius was useful.

Very Useful if you're a Gsuite User

What do you like best? Really adds great features to Gsuite especially if you're using it as a group inbox. Task delegation is simple & the Android app is a bonus for accessing the same features on Android. What do you dislike?
