Great tool for Gmail users, with a few quirks
What do you like best? Gmelius is a great tool for small businesses and entrepreneurs who are already integrated with the Gsuite eco-system. We switched from Zendesk to Gmelius for our business when we needed to add new agents as it made training them much easier. Anyone familiar with Gmail can pick up on how to manage tickets with Gmelius very quickly. It integrates well and means staff dont have to visit multiple sites to get their work done. Great tool, a game-changer in fact.
What do you like best? I am now able to set a sequence of emails so nothing gets forgotten about and I don't spend all day chasing for candidates’ and companies’ replies. Set the sequence and its all automated. Easy to use and the few times I've had to contact support for help I found them very attentive. All good! What do you dislike? Occasional freezes, so I need to refresh the page but this only happens once a fortnight. And maybe it's a Chrome issue and not Gmelius. It's hard ...

Great tool that works for teams to manage email
What do you like best? We love the ability to have centrally managed auto-responses that our team can manage and use as a team. Along with this the ability to track emails has helped with our ability to be more responsive to our client's needs. What do you like best? Boards! We initially wanted Kanban Boards for Gmail to keep organised and so many of the tools we found just weren't good enough or integrated as tightly with other services we also required. Gmail, but more efficient
What do you like best? The feature I like best is the ability to assign emails to colleagues, and that then they appear in the "Mine" section. and you´re able to have a control of what´s still pending and what´s already done/closed. I also like to create sequences since that help you eliminate the hassle of repetitive tasks, and you can automate emails,, you know, that one email that you have to send every single day and it is the SAME. just automate it. An Amazing Google Add-on
What do you like best? This is truly a really awesome collaborative inbox app. As our company runs on Google, this apps works perfectly for our support department. What do you dislike? Helpful tool for managing team workflow
What do you like best? Being able to assign tasks to colleagues and share information via notes alongside the email - no more forwarding long email chains! What do you dislike? takes a bit of getting used to at first and can be a bit confusing but the support team are really helpful and quick to respond via the chatbot. What do you like best? Templates, rule based automation, email tracking, reminders at times of my choosing. What do you dislike? Nothing really, other than the fact that, when I click on a message I am tracking, the dashboard will falsely indicate my correspondent just openend the message.
