Gmelius is just what I was looking for and more!
What do you like best? I love the shared inbox, that is what I was looking for. But where they do it better than most is the ease and simplicity of it (yet being very powerful on that backend). You almost don't even need to have instructions on it to use it as it is self explanatory yet there are advanced features that do take it to the next level. I also love the contrast in colors and how easy it is to see. Ok so that is more if an accessibility issue which won't apply to all users but ...

Great product
What do you like best? The most helpful, unique aspect is read receipts. I am also thankful for the scheduling option and templates. What do you dislike? I can't say I "dislike" any of it. I find all the functions I use very helpful. I am sure I don't utilize it as efficiently as I could, but that is on me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Templates save so much time! I am able to spend time on other things than repeatedly ...

One of the must app for your Gmail account
What do you like best? Best part to me is the boards, I can classify my emails with ease and see how my workflow is going in a single click. It is also really easy to use, a simple drag and drop of the emails and I can change my project tracking, that's a major plus to me. What do you dislike? Honestly, I can't say anything wrong about the product, it can change the look and feel of my Gmail account + keep track of my projects, win for me. Really, everything is there for me. ...

Exactly what we were looking for!
What do you like best? The shared inbox and ticketing feature help make communications between clients and our team seamless and without unnecessary steps in between What do you dislike? So far... I only wish the integration with slack was user specific so instead of everyone getting notified in the channel, I would be nice if you linked Gmelius users with slack users and made notifications and tagging linked. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are ...

Gmelisu solves a lot of problems that are inherent to using Gmail as a collaborating team.
What do you like best? The ability to share inboxes and labels without sharing passwords. I like that instead of forwarding an email, I can simply change the label of the email to one of the shared labels configured via Gmail, and it instantly shows up in our team's regular Gmail inboxes. I do not have the capacity to follow up with a team member just to see if they've checked an email; therefore, this is another feature that I like and a problem that Gmelisu solves. What do you ...

Great when working
What do you like best? The tracking works great, but only when you send the email from Gmelius in a web browser. What do you dislike? You can’t send emails from the native mail app on iPhone, iPad, or Mac that are tracked. You have to use Gmelius through the web browser exclusively. Recommendations to others considering the product: I don’t have any at this moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking emails to ...

A Good Supplement to my Work Toolbox
What do you like best? The ability to track opened emails and send campaign emails. What do you dislike? Campaigns could be a little user friendly with more options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Understanding the reach of emails sent and how many are going unopened.
