  • Integration with other Google services, such as Google Drive, Calendar, and Tasks, praised for convenience in managing productivity and storage.

  • Generous free storage capacity (15 GB) appreciated as sufficient for personal and professional needs.

Gmail has ZERO support just like any other Google services

Gmail has ZERO support. If you move overseas and no longer have access to your phone, you will have to create a new email account because their reta*ded recovery system loops around your no-longer-accessible-phone! There is no real support for Gmail, just like any of Google's services.

Not user-friendly.

Always asking to check your identity by text message, very unpractical when you have to use several devices. I feel like I'm trying to hack my own account, it's getting ridiculous.

No telephone Support.

No telephone Support. No Chat Support. Paid for GoogleOne which "included" support-Ah, no it doesn't. Error messages saying I ran out of google drive space when I bought 100 gig of space -- only using 18 gig so far. I am shocked as a consumer that there is NO SUPPORT. I expected much more from Google who makes untold billions of dollars and invests NOTHING in support of their products.
