God forbid you forget the password on…
God forbid you forget the password on an old account. I went through all the recovery steps 3 times. I could provide the recovery email abd subsequent verification code, answer security questions correctly, and provide an old password for the account. I was denied all 3 times and prompted to create a new account. I checked google forums and this is by no means an isolated event. There are no options to contact google for further options. The account is just lost.

I am reviewing AS Painting & Decorating who are only on GMail. I just want to say how disappointed I am with a builder that I chose a year or two ago from Checkatrade - Adam Szamocki who isn't on there anymore for reasons I can guess. My elderly mother wanted the same builders we've had for other jobs as she thought they were honest. Good service for free. Lots of tools including calendar and documents. Works well but not sure of the data retention guarantee.

Signing out of Gmail
I found out this morning that they changed the configuration and I can't sign out of Gmail from my laptop. It shows that incognito mess, it is annoying as hell. Get it together!
