An exceptional email platform!
PROS: The platform is really optimized yet simple! It doesn't switch to a new window or page when you compose a new email, so you could still view the previous messages you're referencing to. I also love the mobile app version of it and the two-factor authentication which provides more security! CONS: I wish there would be more theme/background to choose from.

Good features, good tool!
PROS: Gmail keeps your emails organized. A well-organized email app helps you keep track of your work and communications. Accessing previous emails is so convenient. All the features are really useful if you choose to use it. CONS: Since there are tons of features, I think I'm not able to use it all. So it would be better if there are more materials availble to help users utilize these other features.
