We were promised a 450 piece tool kit…
We were promised a 450 piece tool kit and tool box. They sent us a little. Tool box with about 15 tools. When we asked for a refund they wouldn't answer. Finally they said that was the tool box and if we didn't like it We could ship it back at our expense and were told that international shipping is very expensive. Disgusted with them.

For me the best email platform, it could only increase the storage size a little. In addition, it is excellent, easy to handle, effective usability.

No issues whatsoever!
Despite GMail becoming a standard platform, it hasn't lost the qualities it had upon it's release, and actually improved a lot of bad aspects from the past. My choice for email.

Very confusing layout to simply get…
Very confusing layout to simply get logged in. Needed some support but no way to contact them without being able to log in to get contact details. As I couldn't log in this was impossible. I have now logged in through unconventional means but the lack of ways to get support is beyond ridiculous.
