I wish that I was assigned the same producer for each event. Producers are prepared but feel the need to review our prferences so I am confident that the event will run as expected. We have a quarterly earnings call, and our previous solution provider was not meeting uptime and reliability standards. Our first GlobalMeet earnings call went flawlessly.
