I've had a fantastic experience with Gleam so far! Setting up the competition was straightforward and John from customer service was fantastic when I hit one little snag (which was on Facebook's end, not Gleam's). His replies were extremely prompt. So far everything is going very smoothly! I'm excited to see the final results.

We are a Nor for Profit organization…
We are a Nor for Profit organization and the fact that you have to pay $120 for a YEARLY subscription for Hobby level is complete BS. We live and breath by our donations on Patreon and Paypal which is a small amount each month. We have a budding affiliation with a couple of sponsors so need the ability to add more than one option for example to Visit a Facebook page, but nope. The ONLY way you can get that feature is to PAY $120! What a total rip off. Shame on Gleam for this.

Sucks..
Sucks... Since the first time I tried logging in it tells me my email has already been logged in and won't let me. How is my email already logged in if it has never let me log in???? It's just stupid and annoying.

One of the best customer services…
One of the best customer services experiences I've ever had with an online platform, learning a new platform having the support when I have a question and getting an answer within minutes is amazing. A lot of companies should learn how Gleam does it as there is no excuse for bad customer service nowadays. Thank you Gleam you rock :)

Troppe cose a pagamento.
Nonostante resti uno dei più raggirabili sistemi a estrazione, poiché tutte le operazioni di verifica - alla fine - tocca farle a mano, aumentano le opzioni indisponibili agli utenti base.Ormai quasi tutte le opzioni utili sono a pagamento e la verifica manuale può diventare una vera e propria odissea già con soli 100 partecipanti.Serve un'alternativa valida e serve al più presto!

The best app for lucky draw contests!
I use the competitions tool for my lucky draws, and love how the app syncs and pulls all different social media channels together for greater reach for my contests. Great customer service as well, very prompt in answering my requests and helping out with my campaign. Highly recommend Gleam!

Great support team, intuitive interface
Had an issue with my first competition, got a reply in a few hours that had identified and fixed the problem! I didn't even have to do anything. Honestly a great experience.
