My experience with Gleam's Support team was great. They responded extremely quickly and provided a super in-depth response to my questions. I learned more about the platform and was able to fix my issue in less than 30 minutes.

Lightning-Quick Support Response

Jessica got back to my support ticket and refunded my purchase very quickly. I accidentally subscribed to the wrong plan, and Jessica cleaned up my mistake with no hassle and in no time at all. It was very much appreciated.

Jessica on the customer service team…

Jessica on the customer service team has been wonderful! Even though she is located across the globe, her responses have been prompt, thorough and so helpful. I am impressed with this platform. If I had one nugget of constructive feedback it would be to enable photos to be loaded into a gallery manually, in addition to through a social media platform.
