Works well plus excellent support

The site isn't perfect but, then, nothing is but it is very good and functional indeed and is easy to use and flexible. Invaluable collaboration resource

Following extensive research, Longhurst Group EHS department selected Glasscubes as their collaboration workspace, intially for our CDM service. This has now expanded to encompass a number of other project streams. Used primarily as a documentation store and complex project management tool, we would highly recommend Glasscubes to anyone looking to collaboratively control projects, saving time and resources.

Easy to use and great customer service

Glasscubes is really intuitive and easy to use for both normal users and administrators. It makes working with colleagues based in different locations really easy. The customer service is great too - they always respond and solve any issues quickly. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Would definitely recommend

Ideal for a small consultancy like us!

Does what it says, and does it well

We moved to GlassCubes after using a competitor product the previous year. GlassCubes isn't as fully-featured but what it does it does well, and new features are being added all the time. The best part about GlassCubes is the immediate and direct support we get by both email and phone.

Excellent customer service

I wasn't sure what service option to take and I was pleasantly surprised when someone from Glasscubes arranged to call me the next day to give me an overview. He spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining how everything works. Its very rare these days to find companies that are prepared to spend time with their customers to fully understand their needs. Well done Glasscubes!
