What do you like best? It seems to be pretty customizable. The usability is well thought out, and there are no overbearing "reminders" to do this and that. What do you dislike? I appreciate that user can turn off the automatic chatbox. I probably wouldn't use it otherwise. A very helpful software, we were missing something that could help us organize and most importantly search and find documents all in one place. Glasscubes has gone a long way to help us achieve this, they're also making improvements regularly and their customer service is very proactive.
