What do you like best about Gladly? The connection you can create with your client and the fact that you can keep an eye on everything although Reports is my favourite section. What do you like best about Gladly? gladly has a great dashboard, you can monitor customer status, their relationship to you, their lifetime value to the company, all your chats, any reservations, you can reschedule meetings and reward them for their value for you. What do you like best about Gladly? WOW what do I like about this program. What do you like best about Gladly? I love how easy it is to log in. The face of Gladly is also very user friendly. It is web based so when you have a customer profile on the screen it is very easy to see all of the customer profile information. Also very easy to navigate and edit customer information.
