"Gladly is very user friendly and easy to navigate."

What do you like best about Gladly? What is most helpful for me is the quick phrases offered. What do you dislike about Gladly? My least favorite thing about Gladly is having to open up a closed conversation ( at times) to call the lead line. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Stella being connected to Gladly helps me understand the feedback from our customers and the areas I can improve on.

"It takes a learning curve to use gladly. However, once you have a handle on it it's easy to use."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the easiness of having calls, emails, and notes all in one place. Also, the linking aspect is fantastic. What do you dislike about Gladly? That we can't fax through it as of now, it'd be nice to have that feature. What do you like best about Gladly? I love the intuitive updates that have come in since I started using this for work! "Easy & Modern Platform for Customer Service"

What do you like best about Gladly? Sleek, modern design which is also simplistic which makes my job easier to find things and get tasks done for my job! What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes the chats are frustrating when customers move away from chat box or "X" out of it and we are just left hanging or vice versa.
