"It's been really simple to use and it's made interacting with customers so much easier."

What do you like best about Gladly? The fact that all customer interactions have been consolidated into one platform. It's all right there too, phone calls, emails, texts, and chats. This makes it so easy to go back and check previous interactions so you're all caught up and ready to help the customer. It's also been really helpful in merging the same customer profiles together. What do you like best about Gladly? I like the seamlessness of interactions and the functionality What do you dislike about Gladly? I dislike that you can quickly type an entire email and accidentally cancel it with no way to recover what you wrote. I hate that if you're chatting with a customer and want to take a note, Gladly automatically toggles back to the conversation.
