What do you like best about Gladly? I like that it consolidates all conversations from all channels. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly stores all customer-related contact info and previous conversations, which makes helping the customer a thousand times easier! "You can not stop accepting chats or text messages."

What do you like best about Gladly? The different channels all in one spot, and it saves everything like history on the customer. I also love the fact that all the channels are in one spot. You do not have to be switching screens like you would on a different program. If another agent offered a discount I can look to see what the agent offered to give the customer. What do you like best about Gladly? The resources available within it help me to do my job efficiently. I like being able to create tasks to follow up with customers. I also like that we are able to utilize "Responses" because it helps to make the live chats run smoothly because I can pull responses from common questions and customize as needed.
