"Gladly for customer service client interactions"
What do you like best about Gladly? I like that I can set tasks and assign due dates. There is no need for paper notes all over the desk with this. That all customer interactions - chat, sms, text and phone are combined into one file allows any associate to look at the history and know what is going on with the customer's order. What do you like best about Gladly? Customer information is provided on the left of the screen. What do you dislike about Gladly? The gladly site constantly freezes and glitches. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer service issues. Prewritten response are a benefit.

"One stop shop, great UX"
What do you like best about Gladly? Email, voice, sms, and chat all in one platform makes it incredibly easy to help customers across their preferred methods of communication. Seamless syncs with Shopify to bring in all relevant info so you can see everything about a customer in one tab. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Easy to make updates, and provides many options for customers to contact us What do you dislike about Gladly? Not required that contact details be added before closing a record. Previous person handling may not do that. Should be able to see your stats on live boards. "Gladly is beyond wonderful!"
What do you like best about Gladly? I love the fact that gladly is a one stop shop for all interactions. It really makes it very easy to change between all customer interactions. What do you dislike about Gladly? The least helpful thing is that we can't see all of our messages/chats at once. They are hidden behind the little message bubble with the green dot, instead of having the names listed of the customers right away. I think that will prevent us from losing/missing chats and messages. ...

Making a phone call and then having to answer a topic that has nothing to do with an outside call. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: Easy and efficient to use. Right from the first day, it is easy to use and maneuver to use for my job. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gladly? I like the ease of use. I like how clear it is to follow a conversation. What do you dislike about Gladly? I'm not too fond of that if I am not immediately present that my conversation is routed to another individual. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps with showing me correct grammar.
