What do you like best about Gladly? I like that you can see all previous communications with the customer and that notes about each interaction can be provided. Another positive with Gladly is that you can reach out to multiple teams and help answer the customer's questions seamlessly. You can interact with another team member in real-time instead of making the customer wait for a resolution to their problems. What do you like best about Gladly? It gives the macros associated with customers concern. What do you dislike about Gladly? What I dislike is that sometime, the chat is not reflecting on my end. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I've been solving emails and chats. With the help of glady's macros, its easier to respond.

What do you like best about Gladly? A record of previous customer interactions What do you dislike about Gladly? Technical issues. Example waiting for awhile to accept the call button because it hasn't fully loaded and only the ringing is there. "Gladly is very reliable and I enjoy using it. I am able to easily keep up with customers."
What do you like best about Gladly? I love being able to set tasks. I know when I need to get something accomplished. Glady is very useful for an organization to keep contact with their customers. What do you like best about Gladly? Most of our comms, both internally and externally, are now all in one place. Answers are streamlined to specific types of interactions. Tasks are easy to assign and complete. It is easy to follow up on interactions using links. We can easily copy links to interactions and use those within our order processing system for reference. "Easy Workaround"
What do you like best about Gladly? Easy to toggle through tasks, When switching from one item to another. Easy for multiple employees to communicate with one customer, under one account. What do you dislike about Gladly? It can get a little backed up. Especially when sending emails. Usually hitting Close & Next will close out the conversation, lately it hasn't been doing so.
