"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is very user-friendly. All options available are easy to find and figure out. What do you dislike about Gladly? It would be nice if we were able to customize the personal responses we use most. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been solving customer issues with Gladly. I am able to create tasks to follow up with customers at a later date and have all their information at my fingertips.

"My thoughts on Gladly"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that Gladly streamlines communication that we have with customers. It is easy to see what has been discussed. What do you dislike about Gladly? You can only see one conversation on your screen at a time. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: NA What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? With Gladly, I can see all that has been sent to the customer- whether call, text, chat or email.

"#1 Glady"

What do you like best about Gladly? The most helpful thing about Glady is that everything is super easy to use and navigate. The upside of using Glady is that it helps you stay on task because everything is right there! What do you dislike about Gladly? "Gladly works well"

What do you like best about Gladly? It's easy to keep track of emails and get back to someone later when needed. Also being able to use premade answers is great. What do you dislike about Gladly? "The best if you want to give the because customer experience..."

What do you like best about Gladly? What I like the best about Gladly is the conversation timeline. I don't have to fish and search for old tickets to get a big picture, I just have to scroll up. I also love that it will show a timeline and include all types of conversations in the timeline, email, SMS, chat, talk, and voicemails. What do you like best about Gladly? Training and documentation. Franklyn, Ted and Joe have been great! What do you dislike about Gladly? Calling in for support was not very helpful. They couldn't find me in the system? I had to hang up and call Franklyn to get immediate help. Reporting could be more customizable. Sounds like you are working on it.
