"Incredible product - this is the type of automation that moves the needle"

What do you like best about Gladly? Most helpful - Their solution allows you to solve complex tickets. The Thankful team is extremely committed and willing to work with our operations team to optimize our processes. "Allows us to scale"

What do you like best about Gladly? It allows us to have personalized experiences at scale. Instead of having one person for each ticket, we can now scale to numerous tickets with no issue. What do you dislike about Gladly? Nothing at the moment, Thankful has been doing what I hoped. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? We are trying to solve for having personalized experiences for each ticket. Without Thankful, this is is near impossible.
