"Great Customer Service Application"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love that I'm able to view all of a customer's interactions, leave notes, submit tasks for others on a customers profile. It's a one stop shop. What do you like best about Gladly? Coming from only having the connectivity with Amazon Connect, to a full platform with Gladly it's been a life changer. What do you dislike about Gladly?
