Rebooting issues What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems asuch as customer holding the phone lines benefits include all contact history which is very helpful

There are relatively few integrations, so you have to consider how attached you are to your other tools. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? We find it easier to train new hires on using Gladly than we did for Zendesk.

What do you like best about Gladly? The ability to create tasks to do at another time. The system works with multiple streams of media. What do you dislike about Gladly? "It has been alright"

What do you like best about Gladly? It is organized and it is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I like the way the phone calls are taken and set up, and am a fan of the general Queue and how that works. I also like how you can email and text internally, so everything can be on Gladly for other associate reference.
