"Great customer service software!"

What do you like best about Gladly? Glady is very user-friendly and has excellent features. What do you dislike about Gladly? There is nothing I dislike about this software. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: I would highly recommend using Glady for those working in the customer service field. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily able to track tasks to follow up with customer service issues that can not be resolved immediatlely.

"Gladly is a great system and is very simple and straight forward."

What do you like best about Gladly? The biggest upside to using gladly is the use of tasks to save customers to make it easier to reach back out, as well as the ability to add built in responses. What do you dislike about Gladly? My one dislike about gladly is not being able to turn my phone bubble on whilst making an outgoing call unless I have already taken a call first. What I like most about using Gladly is being able to listen to previous calls with other agents and also being able to view previous correspondence with other agents. What do you like best about Gladly? Autonomous control for multi-tasking; also loves the break/lunch/personal options. What do you dislike about Gladly? The random pop-up for the suggestions/search answers is a bit annoying but manageable. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: N/A What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? My multi-tasking is more efficient with Gladly. I can knock out a lot of work efficiently.
