"Review of Gladly after 3 months of use"
What do you like best about Gladly? I really like being able to add notes and tasks. It is really helpful when I want to come back to a ticket to know the basics of the conversation without reading the whole thing. Or if I need to check something on a persons account in a few hours I can easily come back. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes there are routing errors and tickets don't get back to me for a few days which is frustrating cause we want to help out customers as quickly as ...

I don't necessarily dislike anything. Most of my opinions are positive. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Linking customers to past conversations is really convenient. "User friendly, customer centric platform"
What do you like best about Gladly? The streamlined conversations and the fact that they are now kept with one representative for the most part. The liveboard is a very easy way to see how the day is going and what is happening while we all work remotely. What do you dislike about Gladly? If you're working on emails and calls at the same time. There is a glitch that when you take a phone call while you're working on an email, then end the phone calls, it opens a new conversation, rather ...
