What do you like best about Gladly? What I like most, is the ability to view all prior convos, contact notes, and relationships in one sitting. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Ambitious and Competitive CS Platform"

What do you like best about Gladly? My company made a huge change when we switched from Zendesk and Drift over to Gladly and we weren't all on board at first in my small team of customer experience reps, to be honest! I love it plenty now. My favorite integration is surprisingly one I wasn't expecting I would get much use of, which is the ability to link our clients' profiles from our external custom platform to their Gladly customer profile. "User friendly, but the interface is a bit crowded."

What do you like best about Gladly? How the Customer is shown and the conversations history. I also enjoy having the customer card and adding notes to the profile. Tasks are also helpful specifically for Harry's when modifying plans/orders/informing customers on stocks outs. What do you dislike about Gladly? When creating an email, the answers tab on the right-hand side of the page is SUPER crowded. It feels impossible to see the answer and write the email. I think the details/notes can be ...

"Good Service for Business"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the fact that I do not need an existing phone line to utilize this service. Having the ability to connect to calls over the internet is very convienent.
