What do you like best about Gladly? The customer profiles and how all of the information for that customer, including email, phone numbers, and addresses, are in one profile. What do you dislike about Gladly? Gladly is not compatible with Grammarly. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gladly? What I find the most helpful in gladly is that you can put templates and save them for whenever you get the same situation. You will get to use them whenever you need them. What do you dislike about Gladly? What I dislike from it is that it can take a few seconds or minutes for the emails to show delivered. "Gladly being awesome"

What do you like best about Gladly? User friendly, easy to use for all. Reporting is music to my ears. What do you dislike about Gladly? Not able to add a signature, copy and paste. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: This is by far one of the best company out in the field. Love the relationship they have created with us What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Any issue with logging in, easy interaction with Gladly support our customers.

What do you like best about Gladly? It's a pretty straightforward platform which makes it easy to use, I love the customers' profile page but I think we should be able to adjust each panel (customers, details, conversation and pre-made responses) as if it was a window that can be adjusted to any size.
