They're committed to showing up to our meetings every other week with ideas to maximize the use of our partnership with them. What do you like best about Gladly? We are able to easily solve our most common requests. Response times have improved significantly and most customers can't tell the difference between Thankful and a regular agent. What do you dislike about Gladly? Pricing model isn't great for a company our size, we aren't reaching the number of solves that we pay for with our package. What do you like best about Gladly? The best part about working with Thankful are the reps who have worked with us. We use Thankful with Kustomer and our reps have worked closely with us to smoothly integrate it into our CRM processes. What do you dislike about Gladly?
