"Mostly positive with a few improvements"

What do you like best about Gladly? I feel very productive when I use Gladly. I think it sets users up for success. What do you dislike about Gladly? When looking through answers, it's challenging to work productively. Once you make a change to one, you're redirected to the previous page, and all filters are removed. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I work on a customer experience team, solving issues with subscriptions, billing, etc.

"Thankful review"

What do you like best about Gladly? Thankful helps us tackle all the low priority tickets that come in, allowing us to help with ticket breaches. I love that the staff is very attentive as well. When I need something done they answer almost immediately, and they are also very thorough in explaining how things work! What do you dislike about Gladly? Not a whole lot. "Gladly is a great customer support platform for businesses that have many channels of communication!"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love how personal and user friendly Gladly is. Keeping correspondence as one conversation really expedites many processes. I like the user experience better than many other softwares I have used (like Zendesk for example). What do you dislike about Gladly? "Perfect for all channels of customer service"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that you can use Gladly for chats, phone calls, and emails and has all the reporting tools needed to do QA and provide great customer service What do you dislike about Gladly? I dont like how the agents cant view and pull their own stats and see how they are doing except through the case search. We should be able to see FCCR and productivity at all times. What do you like best about Gladly? The way it does help us improve our statistics and help with our responses. What do you dislike about Gladly? I cannot say I do have anything to dislike about it right now. So far it has been perfect and is very easy to follow What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The way it responds to our customers in real-time is one of the best benefits we have so far been very thankful for.

"Glady is a great calling/messaging system due to it being super organized and very easy to navigate."
