What do you like best about Gladly? I enjoy using Gladly to handle my interactions and notations with my customers. What do you dislike about Gladly? I do not dislike Gladly in any way. I do not feel that anything is missing from this product. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: I highly recommend using Gladly. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I do not have any problems with Gladly. It allows me to navigate and document my contacts with ease.

"Glady best CS Platform I have used."

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is a useful tool in making sure you capture the complete customer experience. Being able to see all contacts via email, text, chat, or phone is essential. What do you dislike about Gladly? Glady does not always merge threads on its own so sometimes a customer comes in as unknown and needs to be updated or merged with secondary records or threads. "Work has never been easier"

What do you like best about Gladly? everything is in one spot, i don't have to flip through multiple tabs for customer info What do you dislike about Gladly? Nothing, Gladly is easy to use and everything is always explained if I get lost What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I am a customer service rep, i think my favorite part of Glady is the ease of use with the Macros

"Makes Work Seamless"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love how the site makes my work seamless. I like how most of the time, customers are linked, and it makes it very easy to contact a customer via numerous channels. What do you dislike about Gladly? I wish Gladly was better at linking customers. Some customers have multiple customer numbers but Gladly only allows one per profile, which can cause a disconnect. What do you like best about Gladly? They have made call management such an easy task! What do you dislike about Gladly? There is nothing not to like about Glady What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It is easy to remember appointments, to communicate with staff about certain accounts and it requires less time.
