"Gladly: A Multichannel Platform Wonder"
What do you like best about Gladly? How user friendly it is and how you can actually listen to previous calls as well as read every SMS, every email and also assign tasks and check on previous items. "Overall, I've had a great experience with using gladly and the many features it has."
What do you like best about Gladly? I like being able to send and get emails really quickly with pictures from customers in regards to items they need help with on their order. What do you dislike about Gladly? I dislike that there are some tech delays and echoing with some of the calls but that may also be in regards to the devices others are using. "I'm Glad That Gladly Exists - Seriously - its the most user friendly program i've ever experienced."
What do you like best about Gladly? I love that I can see all the previous interactions and notes on someone's account - It really helps me understand the situation to better help someone. What do you like best about Gladly? I enjoy using Gladly. I think that it is a easy software to use on a daily basis. "Gladly is the Best"
What do you like best about Gladly? The best thing about Gladly for me as an agent is I am able to go back and listen to phone calls to see what the previous agent informed the customer or didnt inform the customer. I can also view texts or previous chats. The program is also very easy to use it provides you tabs to be able to send emails chat with your customer and to send out text messages to your customer so there are many ways of communicating to the customer other than just phone ...

What do you like best about Gladly? I am relatively new to the customer service industry. I have enjoyed learning the Gladly system. It is very user-friendly and intuitive. What do you like best about Gladly? What I like the most about gladly is its seamless, interactive and sleek interface. You are able to control a wide variety of actions through one site. "GLADLY IS THE BEST PHONE SYSTEM I HAVE EVER USED WHEN WORKING REMOTELY OR IN A CALL CENTER."

I love being able to listen to my calls immediately after I am done with them so if I need to collect a piece of information that I forgot I can do that in my time. What do you dislike about Gladly?
