"Good For Our Call Center"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the ease of watching contacts and listening in on our agents. What do you dislike about Gladly? I dislike the fact that we can't view certain agent state reports as easily in other programs. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? We are working on active states with our agents. It is really easy to see when an agent goes idle.

What do you like best about Gladly? I love that every form of communication is available at my fingertips for any customer that comes through. There is also an excellent monitoring system to see the status of all workload channels and their respective agents accurately. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? Easy to use, simple choices. Gladly countsdown your breaks for you. What do you dislike about Gladly? I don't have anything I dislike, it has not been an issue for me to use. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not had any problems, call process is smooth so far.

What do you like best about Gladly? What I like about Gladly is that I can go back into the history if I need to find any information on a customer. What do you dislike about Gladly? What I dislike about Gladly is that sometimes I get calls, and Gladly won't pick them up for me to answer. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that I'm solving with Gladly is that not many calls are failing to be answered.

When the customer contacts us back, and I have a task, it does not come to me. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gladly? I like that Gladly is interchangeable between emails and calls. I also like how quick it is as well. It rarely has any technical issues. Disconnecting from conference calls can often feel confusing because the "Hang Up" button makes you worry you will inadvertently disconnect the entire call.
