What do you like best about Gladly? the time stamps are helpful for each customer order. What do you dislike about Gladly? you cant be able to see previous calls when you are on a call. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: it will be good for your company and you can keep track of each customer. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefit is that you can add customer info quickly and efficiently

What do you like best about Gladly? It is incredibly intuitive and easy to correspond with customers. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes, when I try to merge the contacts, it seems to give the option to Merge then it wont let you Merge. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I can interconnect customers with their doctors and track, interlace the connotated people

"Always works well and is friendly to use."

What do you like best about Gladly? That it has answers for every situation and always works well. What do you dislike about Gladly? sometimes completing a email it gets stuck even though i have already sent an email back to the customer What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Order problems mostly. Glady makes it easy to find the customers order and then tells you what you need to do further.

What do you like best about Gladly? I love the fact that everything can be merged, you can check back on previous calls/chats/emails and see where certain things happened. I've never used an omni platform before this, it's been really nice! What do you dislike about Gladly? There are bugs, mostly having to do with certain accounts not being able to be merged but I'm guessing that might be something to do with them both be active contacts or something like that. What do you like best about Gladly? I love the ease of using Gladly. I also love the profile and how it shows the customers information all right there. What do you dislike about Gladly? There is not anything about Gladly that I dislike. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that I feel is easiest solved for the work I do is being able to see customer's information in one place.

What do you like best about Gladly? Easy to use, everything is all in one space. Don't need to use different sites just to do calls or chats or SMS/Socials. I love everything being in one place!
