"User friendly tool"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly answers, very useful and easy to navigate. I also like how organized is gladly because you can easilyy find the options that you are looking for. Over all, Gladly is awesome! What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? I like that I can read any previous interactions. What do you dislike about Gladly? Whenever there are any glitches, I know its not planned but obviously it makes our job hard if there are things that aren't working properly. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I feel like there's a lot less miscommunication because everything is laid out for everyone to see.

"Easy and efficient!"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love that all of a customer's information is grouped together under one profile and that Gladly is able to sync seamlessly. What do you dislike about Gladly? I only wish the filtering of Gladly answers was a little more specific. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I am easily able to relate to customers and link to their customer records with a quick identity verification.

"I know my customers before I pick up the call"

As the phone is ringing, I know my customers name, their address, their shopping history and any major life events (moving, wedding, baby) before I even pick up the call What do you dislike about Gladly? "Gladly is the perfect choice for customer service!"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly's user interface is very comprehensible, and it makes helping customers and interacting with coworkers a breeze! What do you like best about Gladly? the ease of using it. it is very self-explanatory once you get into it. What do you dislike about Gladly? not being able to have two open at a time. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? there is a lot of information in gladly that is very useful however it could be a little easier to use when entering the example of what you are looking up
