What do you like best about Gladly? The usefulness in managing a customer's profile. The way the call system works, the topic section, everything is very easy to read, to understand where it is and remember it for subsequent calls. What do you like best about Gladly? The way that the system can be modified to fit the company What do you dislike about Gladly? There is nothing to dislike thus far. "As soon as you understand the app, Gladly will become more great/user friendly"

What do you like best about Gladly? All interactions are under one profile. No need to jump between profiles when dealing with one customer. Also, it's great that you can link one customer's profile with another! What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? That all the customers information is on hand and is link to other softwares, such as bigcommerce and shopify to get more complete information.
