What do you like best about Gladly? I enjoy the simplicity of Gladly. It doesn't require tons of time to understand and is very user-friendly. This is my first time using Gladly, and this platform deserves an easy 5 stars. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes the metrics are not accurate. "Friendly site"
What do you like best about Gladly? I like it being friendly and so easy to navigate, unlike the other website that has so many things to click. The themes is eye-friendly as well as the the logo. What do you dislike about Gladly? I dislike the most about gladly is sometimes there's a ringing coming from it but there is no option to accept the call, so it will lead to missed calls, and the number of missed calls is so alarming. What do you like best about Gladly? It's easy to use, it's a friendly user app because you can communicate with other people in a different channel with no hastle. Gladly makes your life easier by providing you step by step procedures on how to use it. What do you dislike about Gladly?
