"ease of use"

What do you like best about Gladly? gladly is easy to use. i am a new gladly user and have been loving the interface. It's simple and robust at the same time. What do you dislike about Gladly? i am currently enjoying every aspect of gladly right now. so there isnt any part that i dislike at the moment. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? no problems yet. benefits are that gladly works quick.

"Gladly is good overall"

What do you like best about Gladly? It has a simple user interface, the ability to tag conversations, and most importantly it can merge conversations with the same customer through different channels (phone, email, text, etc) What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes the merges are a little hard to do and have to be done from one account vs the other one. "Awesome experience"

What do you like best about Gladly? What I like the most is that gladly has everything in just one place, all channels can be access such as voice, chat, sms and email. Its more efficient than the previous tool that we had. What do you dislike about Gladly? As of now, the only thing that i don't like is that there's no way for us to check who ends the call, i guess that this should be part of the features for us to closely monitor our specialist. "Friendly and easy to use site"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like it being friendly to use and navigate as you can reach every corner of it. What do you dislike about Gladly?
