What do you like best about Gladly? The most helpful is the refund/cancel button that has been added. I also like the KB feature. This is my first time working in a call center, and Gladly has made my first experience so much easier What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? I like that it's easy to use. Very user-friendly. What do you dislike about Gladly? I really dislike the glitches. That mixes the communication channels. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to assist our customers and provide the best service for them.

"Very effiecient in the workplace"
What do you like best about Gladly? The program itself is easy to navigate through. What do you dislike about Gladly? It is very strenuous to attend at a timely manner due to not having notifications. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: I would like to say if there was a better notification preference, it would help a lot. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? There have been no problems with using the program. It has helped me be able to assist my clientele.

"Gladly review : a friendly site"
What do you like best about Gladly? I like it being very simple to use, it is so friendly and it is so easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Gladly? Its routing session, sometimes we are encountering errors. Even though we accept the phone call it is routed to another agent. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? By just creating a task, we can communicate with the higher department that is beyond our threshold.

"Great Customer Service Tool"
What do you like best about Gladly? What I like the best about gladly as a support is that we are able to monitor and the agents while assisting them with thei inquiries. We have the liveboards and access to their knowledge base to better assist them, this is much better than the previous tool we had. Everything in just one place! What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? It has a lot of features that help with production and workflow. What do you dislike about Gladly? That Grammarly does not actively work within the interface. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Having responses built in that I can relay to customers.

What do you like best about Gladly? I love how easy Gladly is to use. The 'answers' feature makes chatting with customers efficient and simple! What do you dislike about Gladly?
