What do you like best about Gladly? I love that Gladly keeps all of the interactions between me and the customer in one, easy-to-find location. What do you like best about Gladly? I like how user-friendly Gladly has become. It's also easily accessible. Gladly helps keep the company organized, which is extremely beneficial when you deal with so many customers. What do you dislike about Gladly? What do you like best about Gladly? I like about the gladly is it is so smooth to use when I am assisting guests thru chat. What do you like best about Gladly? I love being able to find all of the information I need to assist my customers. What do you dislike about Gladly? It can be hard to try to determine how something is routed to an associate. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to easily look up past conversations and see the history of our customers.

What do you like best about Gladly? I like it being so easy to use even for a beginner. It is so easy to navigate and you feel like your using it everyday even on the first day. What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is our main tool, and what I liked about it is that everything is just in one place, it has this feature that you can just check on your knowledge base without checking on a separate tool because it is just in there, compare to other tools that we used the KB articles are separate from the main tool.
