What do you like best about Gladly? For being easy to use. I am a newbie in a contact center but in just a matter of time, I became used to it as it is so easy to use. What do you like best about Gladly? The thing that I like here the most is the colors. The color of it is very neutral and it is not an eyesore to many. Aside from that, is it easy to use and navigate every corner of it. What do you dislike about Gladly? Nothing much, there is a continuous update. What do you like best about Gladly? I like it, it is easy to use and navigate which helps the newbies to use to be with for a short period of time. What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly's "one conversation" thread is a wonderful feature. It makes sense when working with customers, is super intuitive, and makes it easy to stay on the beat of ongoing issues. As situations evolve, we have a simple thread to follow - no more digging through many threads trying to piece together a timeline. "Really enjoy the intuitive interface and collection of conversations in one place."
What do you like best about Gladly? The conversations in one place, the search functions and the ability to filter conversations based on method of communication. Being able to zoom in on images is a big bonus. What do you dislike about Gladly?
