"Smooth workflow"

What do you like best about Gladly? Linking other accounts such as springfield. Easy to pull customer info What do you dislike about Gladly? I wish we could favorite answers or create personalized lists. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It's so easy to respond with answers or refer to them if on a call. It saves so much time so i can be more productive.

What do you like best about Gladly? I like about gladly is being easy to use and navigate. It is my first time in a contact center but I became used to it after a month only.
