What do you like best about Gladly? I think the ability to look up answers to questions is very helpful. I also like being notified when I receive messages. I think it is very easy to understand how to use this program. What do you dislike about Gladly? I would like if there was a noise notification for when we receive emails. "This is the first time I have used Gladly on a job and I like it"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that if the customers number matches with a customer in Springfield it links them What do you dislike about Gladly? The glitches...it will wring but i cannot answer or hear the customer at times, but not often Recommendations to others considering Gladly: n/a What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending customer's receipts is now much easier...linking customers contact info is a time saver

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that the system is seamless, could be a bit better, but it works well. A few tweaks would make literally make it perfect. What do you dislike about Gladly? "My Gladly Review"

What do you like best about Gladly? It can use easily. I managed to become used to it for a short period of time only. What do you dislike about Gladly? The glitch. There are some calls that you are hearing a ring but nothing is popping up on your screen to accept it. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers concern as it the way that the customer contacts us with regards to their concern, request and problems in our business.

What do you like best about Gladly? I enjoyed how user-friendly the system is. Clean design and simplistic layout create effortlessly smooth transitions between tasks. This helps minimize disruptions to workflow unlike a fair amount of its competitors. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Very easy to use"

What do you like best about Gladly? That the automated answers are generated by using the Tab button when addressing a new contact. What do you dislike about Gladly? Merging Customer contacts can be frustrating at times when it merges at an inopportune time. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? The Answers Panel is very unique and helpful when dealing with people in a rush. The answers are typed out and saves lots of time overall.
