What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is a one-stop, shop for client/customer support! Any type of communication is available. No more having 3+ different providers/apps/software to communicate how you need to. Very detailed on what happened, when it happened, and with who. What do you like best about Gladly? Everything in gladly is very useful. It's a friendly user so it's very easy to navigate. We use this tool to assist our guests and help resolve their issue. "My experience with gladly was great although I had some issues once or twice with it."

What do you like best about Gladly? I would say it is extremely user-friendly and KB is incredibly helpful. What do you dislike about Gladly? sometimes the main page would freeze in the middle of the call then you need to reload it but it disconnects the call. What do you like best about Gladly? I like that it is user-friendly and I can handle almost all tasks within it. "Gladly is the best!"

What do you like best about Gladly? So easy to use! Love that its so easy to communicate with customers in meaningful ways. Love that conversations are taking care of by one agent. What do you dislike about Gladly? It can be annoying when assigning tickets to do it one by one rather than having a 'bulk' assign feature What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly makes it so easy to communicate with customers and work.
