One feature that is considered most helpful is the Answers tab on the upper right side. It allows us to conveniently provide customers with immediate answers and resolutions to their concerns.

What do you like best about Gladly? I like that Gladly consolidates customer inquiries and that each team member can be on the same page no matter who the customer interacts with on our team. What do you like best about Gladly? Being able to work within the Shopify interface (notes, refunds, canceling, etc) without having to open Shopify in a different tab!
