"Super User-Friendly"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love the ANSWERS Panel since I always find answers to my tickets and it helps me resolve my customer's concerns, there are recommendations as well which we can use to take extra mile. What do you like best about Gladly? I love how Gladly app allows our team to manage specific tickets! The tickets are well classified and organized through this platform and we only have to respond appropriately. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Very helpful especially when it comes to answers."

Automatic spiels that make our work easier and faster especially when you are handling a live channel like chats and SMS where there is a given time when to reply and not to put on hold the customer. "She's gorgeous!"

What do you like best about Gladly? I like how the gladly works especially in every bubble. Also, the liveaboard are awesome! What do you dislike about Gladly? I can't think of any downside of this tool at the moment. Gladly works perfectly fine for me. Recommendations to others considering Gladly: Use Gladly to lighten your work loads! What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of our emails, chats and phones are done with Gladly. It helps us a lot for me.

"Gladly is efficient and has great features."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like how you can set up tasks to follow up with customers. What do you dislike about Gladly? sometimes, customers will contact in multiple channels and the system does not automatically show it. So two agents may be helping one customer. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly is helping me be able to effectively and efficiently help customers.

"Gladly makes sense for customer service"

What do you like best about Gladly? I love how easy and Fridayendly the interface is. The look is clean and professional. You are able to navigate through your calls, add notes and the like. It really makes us as CSRs feel efficient. What do you dislike about Gladly? This could be me but I am not a huge fan on how simplistic the changing of communication is.
