What do you like best about Gladly? I love how it saves the information as you navigate back and forth from one tab to another. It's so easy to get trained on. What do you dislike about Gladly? "Easiest tool that i had use on a job"

What do you like best about Gladly? Everything is super simple and pretty all in just a webpage, i can use it daily for hours, you can do a lot of things, and its super fast What do you dislike about Gladly? to be honest not that much, i can really think of how i would make it better What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Very easy to use, only press the button of message or call and its ready to use What do you dislike about Gladly? sometime when i need to change the bake to lunch, i need to log in again and then change the option What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? sometimes i try to end a call and i have to press a couple of times to finish call

"Gladly Efficiency"

What do you like best about Gladly? Its super easy to use, Ive been using it for the last 40 days and its incredible, it made my work easier. What do you dislike about Gladly? That I did not used it before. I which I knew about Gladly on my last Venture. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Its preventing triangling information, all the info is connected and ready to use it as a reference at any time.

What do you like best about Gladly? The usefulness in managing a customer's profile. The way the call system works, the topic section, everything is very easy to read, to understand where it is and remember it for subsequent calls. The Liveboards feature is increadibly useful in checking the trends to know when the peak hours are.
