"It is easy to navigate and use."

What do you like best about Gladly? Clear buttons, easy to navigate, and no latency on typing words while using emails, no lag in using chats, awesome timer while using breaks, lunch, and time out button. "A great platform for Customer Service!"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly is awesome! It has multiple great features that help us provide quality customer service. One thing that I love about it is it's very user-friendly with a simple user interface. What do you dislike about Gladly? "I really love Gladly, but I do not like taking calls from it."

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly has everything an agent might need, so we do not have to use twenty more tools. What do you dislike about Gladly? Taking calls with Gladly can be extremely stressful. Customer do not listen, we do not hear customers clearly, etc. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly solves almost every problem the customer may have immediately so it optimizes response time, which benefits our metrics.

What do you like best about Gladly? We only use one tool for all channels... What do you dislike about Gladly? What I dislike in Gladly is difficult in checking for productivity. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly helps us avoid the ticket manipulation and we can see all the previous correspondence from all channels in 1 ticket.

"Gladly is user friendly."

What do you like best about Gladly? The most helpful abaout gladly, it is easy to see the conversation of the previous interaction. What do you dislike about Gladly? The downside would be is I can't use the Grammarly in gladly. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? In our previous tool, the conversation would be different in every reached out, but right now all the interaction is in one ticket.
