What do you like best about Gladly? Answers are nearby and convenient = it's easy to navigate What do you dislike about Gladly? Consistent bugs. The ringtone is honestly the worst part. I have some sensory sensitivities and wish I could change the tone to something less overwhelming What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gladly? Easier communication with customers and very friendly insights builder for reports creation. What do you dislike about Gladly? None as of now. Gladly is improving time to time and will surely meet more of our expectations in the future. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you?
