"Great system for puling up all past conversations from customers across several different channels."

What do you like best about Gladly? Being able to see all previous conversations easily once the customer comes on the phone. What do you dislike about Gladly? If a company has a profile, many people from different phone numbers using similar emails may be calling and the profile and name gets confusing What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure to add the correct information to each profile and to link and unlink profile when necessary

"Gladly is such a good tool and give you confident doing your work."

What do you like best about Gladly? are you can research into a profile anytime. What do you dislike about Gladly? at the moment there is anything that I dislike, for me is good. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? You can have profile info from who is calling or chatting and it's helpful to have that info with you.

"Gladly helps me stay organized!"

What do you like best about Gladly? Allows me to keep track of all my contacts calls/chats, and history. Cut and paste images, send images, and links. What do you dislike about Gladly? Sometimes Gladly does stall a bit, or has issues loading. This is an easy fix clearing cookies/cache most of the time! What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Gladly keeps track of my customer's history and contact information.

What do you like best about Gladly? It is the best tool for customer service I've had experienced! It is super user friendly and simple to understand but at the same time offers a wide range of option to complete your work and give you all the insights for every interaction. What do you like best about Gladly? you can set a task and do a follow up if needed What do you dislike about Gladly? it will be reassigned back to queue after a couple of hours when it's almost due. "This software was friendly, easy to use, does not have delay and it has good capacity of storage."

"Gladly makes it super easy to view all the customer's interactions in one place."

What do you like best about Gladly? I like how Gladly shows all types of interactions with the customer and is also linked to the company's system that we use for orders.
